Ann is passionate about supporting you on your yoga journey, wherever it begins. She is skilled at adapting the poses for people with physical limitations and for all body types. She is able to draw on her extensive background in movement, breathing practices, and meditation to creatively tailor each session to meet your needs. Ann is a great guide for your yoga practice. She encourages you to only do what you can and listen to your body during the many poses. She also supports the use of props such as blocks, straps, etc. to allow participation for positions you might find difficult to achieve. ~Dennis F
I attended my first yoga class, taught by Ann, at the age of 60. I was feeling hesitant, unsure, and was concerned I may not be able to practice yoga, since I had no prior experience. Taking the class, put all of my concerns to rest.
Ann’s teaching knowledge, flexibility for students while learning poses, and kindness, are the reason I am still practicing yoga, and attending her class 5 years later.
Honestly, I would encourage those who haven’t taken a class yet, to do so!
